My Review:

So I read the e-book version of this and I highly recommend using a paperback version. Its usefulness does not translate to electronic format. Identifying triggers, establishing routines, balancing self care are all essential to managing anxiety. This book has everything you need to help take back control and is easy to carry around with you. If you want it to work, you need to use it daily.

I received an arc of this book via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
