My Review:
Anxiety is a part of life. There is no escaping it but sometimes it can get out of uncontrol. Therapy can be expensive so having something to turn to to help refresh your skills, put things into perspective really helps. I’m a therapist in my day to day life so I have plenty of experience with anxiety,
I found this book fun, light-hearted and easy to read. Best of all the tips actually do help with anxiety. This book is written by a woman and her target audience is women, so if you are put off by that this book may not be for you but the tips are universal.
Personally I think this book is best enjoyed and used in paper form. This is especially true if you want to do any of the helpful stress relieving activities thoughtfully included.
I received an arc of this book via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
