My Review:
This is the second book in my favourite urban fantasy series. The series needs to be read in order as the story evolves through each.
I have always had issues with Mircea. He is too controlling and the fact that he has been a part of Cassie’s life since early childhood makes me think ick.
I love Pritkin there is obviously more to him that meets the eye. I love a gruff man of few words.
Cassie is a great heroine. Yes she’s young and blond but she doesn’t hide the fact that she is curvy and unfit. She has unimaginable power and she isn’t afraid to say I am out of my depth.
The characters are intriguing, creative and I love that well known historical characters make an appearance. If you haven’t read this series then you’re really missing out.
