This is my favourite in the Harry Potter series and I reread the entire series every year. I just finished the audiobook version as I was looking for a new way to enjoy my favourite book. This is a review of the audiobook.
Stephan Fry is the narrator of all the Harry Potter books. He does an excellent job of immersing you in the magical world of Harry Potter. He has a surprising talent for accents that he utilises to great effect to show different characters. He uses the right amount of inflexion to set the scene as J.K. Rowling intended.
While nothing can surpass reading the actual book yourself, listening to the audiobook is a new and delightful way to experience a childhood favourite.
